How to apply discount code or gift card?

Can you ship to my country, and how much is the shipping fee?
We offer free worldwide shipping.
However, for some remote areas, the logistics company may charge a remote area surcharge.

When will my order be shipped and how long will it take to deliver?
Under normal circumstances, orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days.
In case of incorrect address or incomplete recipient information, you will be notified via email to provide the corresponding information before shipment.
For the United States and EU countries, delivery usually takes 3-7 business days; for other countries or remote areas, it is expected to take 8-25 business days.
The actual delivery date depends on the logistics situation.
Can I change the shipping information for my order?
If you find that the recipient information is incorrect after placing the order, please immediately send the correct shipping information to the official customer service team at cs@bebird.com, and they will process it for you as soon as possible.
If the package has already been shipped, it cannot be modified. Please contact the logistics provider first to resolve the issue.
Where can I check the status of my order package?
After the package is shipped, you will be notified via the contact email address provided when placing the order. The email will contain product details, tracking number, and tracking link.
If you accidentally deleted the email, you can check it at https://bebird.com/apps/17TRACK by entering the corresponding order information.
Do I need to pay customs duties or import taxes?
Not necessarily.
Customs duties or import taxes are determined by the customs of your destination country/region according to their laws and regulations, which Bebird, as the seller, cannot control or predict.
If you have any questions about taxes and fees, it is recommended that you consult your local customs department in advance.
Why is my package being held by customs/requiring customs clearance?
International packages are subject to customs inspection upon entering the destination country.
If customs requires additional information or payment of taxes, our after-sales customer service will contact you via email. Please cooperate promptly according to the notification to avoid package delays or returns.
What should I do if the logistics information is not updated or is abnormal?
During international logistics transit, there may be delays in information updates, which is normal.
If the logistics status has not been updated for more than 5 business days, we recommend that you:
Check through the official logistics website (such as 17TRACK) or official customer service channels first.
If the problem persists, please send your order number and a description of the issue to cs@bebird.com, and our customer service team will assist you in initiating an inquiry with the shipping carrier.
What if my package shows as delivered but I haven't received it?
1. First check: Please check the delivery photos in the shipping details (if available), or verify if the package was received by a family member, neighbor, or property management.
2. Contact the logistics company: Please contact the local logistics delivery point directly and provide the tracking number for verification.
3. Contact us: If the package is still not found after following the above steps, please send the details to cs@bebird.com within 24 hours of the delivery status showing "delivered," and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
How do I get an invoice?
Please contact cs@bebird.com and provide your order ID. Customer service will issue an invoice for you within 1-3 business days.

Is the ear wax removal compatible for iOS and Android?

How to use the ear tweezers?
1. Install the tweezer module.
2. Attach and screw fighten the tweezer tip.

What are the different earwax removal tips used for?

The Bebird EarSight has an impressive battery life. A single full charge provides: Up to 80 minutes of continuous use. Typically up to 3 months of regular use (based on 10-minute sessions).
How to clean the lens and ear spoon tip?
Please use the cleaning brush included with the product to clean the lens, and wash the ear spoon tip with clean water and let it air dry before use.
Does the Bebird app leak user data?
No, the Bebird app does not leak user data. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your personal information.Our Data Protection Measures:

How to fix a black screen display issue in an application?
Uninstall and reinstall the app. Turn off Bluetooth and mobile data before reconnecting to the WiFi.
Why is the camera image blurry?
If the camera of your ear cleaning tool appears blurry, follow these troubleshooting steps to improve clarity:
