At Bebird, we process and ship your order as quickly as possible after purchase. Below are the details to ensure a smooth delivery experience.

We ship globally, including remote regions.

Processing Time

1–3 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).

  • USA (48 states): 3-5 business days
  • International: 8-15 business days
  • Remote areas: 15-30 business days

  • Standard Shipping: Free
  • Express Shipping: $12.99~$19.99

Note: Additional fees may apply for remote regions (e.g., Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico). Customers will be notified via email if fees are incurred.

Delivery Address Requirements

    Orders will be delivered to the address provided by the customer during checkout. Each order can be delivered to only one address. If you need to send items to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each address. For APO/FPO military addresses, please provide an additional residential backup address as certain carriers may not service these locations.

    Data Accuracy

    Customers are required to provide valid and accurate information. Some countries may require the recipient to submit their ID or tax ID number for customs clearance or payment verification. If this is necessary, we will notify you via our official email address cs@bebird.com. Please monitor for such information and provide it. The accuracy of this information is the sole responsibility of the customer. Any package delays due to incomplete or incorrect information are the sole responsibility of the customer.

    Duties & Taxes

    Local taxes and import duties may apply in certain countries and are not incorporated in the indicated amounts above. The responsibility for all such taxes and duties lies with the buyer or recipient of the shipment. Given our products are sold worldwide, we cannot ensure compliance with the import regulations of every country. If uncertain, please verify with your country's customs office before placing an order.

    Delays & Risks

    While we strive for timely delivery, Bebird cannot be held responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, natural disasters, or customs processing issues. Although these situations are beyond our control, our customer service team will provide assistance whenever possible to help resolve any shipping complications.

    Claims Processing

    All claims for lost, missing, or damaged items must be reported within 7 days of the delivery date. For damaged goods, you must submit photographic evidence with your claim. Bebird reserves the right to evaluate each case individually and determine eligibility for reshipment or refund. In cases where a courtesy reshipment is issued, the reshipment order is not eligible for return and/or refund.
