I had been sick for a few weeks with pneumonia and my ears were also bothering me to the point of a lot of pressure and hard to hear. I pulled out my bebird and was able to discover a fungal infection in my ear. Evisits are good but bad because you don't get the physical exam. With bebird I was able to help my doctor see in my ear during my Evisit! I was able to send the pics via email to the doctor as well.
Totally grossed me out. Going to the doctor tomorrow for sure.I wear hearing aids and they can cause infections. I just got this and it seems to me to do what I want it to do. If it lasts ot will be worth the money. TIME WILL TELL.

One ear was feeling full and I just wanted to see if there was an issue. Pairing the device was fairly easy, it took me a minute to figure it out but that was on me not the product. Lots of accessories so it's very versatile. The picture quality was excellent and it was very easy to use on myself. I could see in my ear comfortably and I now know it's healthy. My husband tried it and safely and easily removed a rather large chunk of wax. This is a great device for individuals, families (check kids' ears/noses), for caregivers of the elderly and for pets to see if a Dr visit is necessary. 5 stars 😄
I pulled an entire qtip head out thats been there for at least a year. Best gift ever...
We bought this through Amazon a few months ago. Got it all set up and tested it out and it worked beautifully. Well, today, I decided I was going to use it because my ear has been ringing terribly. I set it up, and it showed a low battery, so I plugged it in to charge after turning it off. Once it was charged, I turned it back on and the light around the scope wouldn't come on. I did some simple troubleshooting and tried fixing the settings, no dice. I scoured the internet for a bit trying to find some help, even less dice. So I came on here to see if there was any information on how to fix it, there's not. There is a customer service chat that claims they have people ready to help in real time. Cool. I send a message. That was 2 hours ago, still no response. I check the app, and it says to contact customer service if changing the settings didn't help, and they also have a chat. I spoke with, I assume, 3 different people, because the chat kept timing out. They all said I had to contact 'the after sales customer service where it was purchased'. I explained to the first two that I was contacting them through the app for the device, which did not help. The first sent me a video of how to set the device up, which was in another language. (All of the chat text was being translated back and forth between English and possibly Korean? I dont care what language it's in as long as I can get assistance, which I did not.) The Second rep sent me written instructions on how to set up and use the device. I explained to both that I already knew how to set it up, I just needed to fix the light. At this point in the first two conversations, the chat timed out and I got connected with the next person in line. By the time I got to the third rep, and told for the THIRD time to contact the after sales reps, it had been 2 hours and I had made 0 progress trying to fix it. At this point, unless someone can actually help me, I will just be throwing it away. Amazon customer service will just tell me to contact the company, and the company obviously either doesn't know how, or wilfully refuses to help. Either way, this entire experience has been a waste of time and money.

I was very impressed with this, not sure what I was expecting but this is awesome and the camera footage is so clear! Wow! Didn't think it would be this nice because the price is extremely reasonable. You can easily see and remove any excess ear wax plus it's great for checking your throat, and nose should you need too. I'm very pleased with this purchase.
The cleaner itself is sleek, and removes wax well. The light is great, and camera is quite clear. The problem, however, is that the companion app that is required to use it d doesn't work at all, and if it does it regularly freezes. You can't use this product effectively without the app which makes it kind of useless.
Was cool to use the first time good picture and clear instructions. Now the image freezes as soon as it connects to the app and it is unusable.
