Camera = great. Tips = comfortable. Battery = solid. I expect a little pouch to keep everything organized in my bathroom drawer. Right now I've got loose attachments rolling around. Also the LED brightness isn't adjustable and it's pretty intense when you first put it in. Functional product that could use some polish.

Great product, I am happy to have this! I was having bad ear infection with black layers last year that put me in emergency room twice in two weeks. Since then, I have been dealing with ear infection whether it gets wet and my ENT doctor told me I need to clean my ear every month, plus keeping my ear dry. So I thought this could be a great product for myself. Not only to keep it dry, but also to see what exactly is happening inside my ear. I was using Vaseline cream plus prescribed ear drops whether my ear became waxy/leaky from accidentally got water in ear, like shower or bath. This product shows me that I might used too much Vaseline cream that cause itchy inside. Took me about a hour to clean my right ear where the infection is frequency. Now I can check inside my ear whether if I used too much Vaseline cream or if I need it. Someday I’d try both ear wash with water and this product with camera, and maybe find a way to dry it, like hairdryer so that I can monitor whole of my ear without needing to make appointment with ENT doctor then waiting for two or more months with problems sitting waiting inside my ear. I appreciate this product!
By the way, if you ordered white, be sure to look at the barcode sticker on the package to confirm it’s white because when I got it in package in mail, I thought it was blue because of the front cover/pictures on the box. I ended up not opening it for 7 days till I went on open it thinking that I would just accept blue, but turns out it was white as I wanted lol!

I got this because I cut my own hair and recently have gotten some hair stuck in my ear. Got it today and I was right about a piece of my hair stuck in my ear but then I checked my other ear (which i didn't think anything was in it) and saw that I had a piece of my dog's hair in it!! I didnt even hear or feel it in there... crazy. I got my dog's hair out of my ear with the tweezer tool but I'm too scared to attempt to take my hair out my ear. It looks too close to my eardrum
I ordered this specifically for the tweezer feature but the way the tweezers work cause the tool to slide up & push up on the camera causing it to break. The tweezer tool basically rips the whole camera and light part of the tool off & damages the wires. I didn’t realize that’s what was happening until they sent a replacement for the one I ordered, & when the same exact thing happened I noticed why. I tried emailing them again multiple times, I even was able to get the wiring to connect for a few minutes a couple times to email them a video of the issue, and got no response. I’d rather just send the broken tool back and get a refund, so I can find something that won’t break. The tool is also barely flexible, you can bend it in like one direction and it probably adds to the issue with the wiring inside it (like they made it flexible but didn’t add enough extra wire so when it bends/stretches it doesn’t break). I’m so disappointed the replacement broke also. I do think other people are having this issue and also might not notice what’s happening, I’ve seen reviews on connection issues and the problem seems similar to what happened to me.
