1. Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day Money-Back Guarantee if you are not satisfied with your purchase.
Conditions:

For dissatisfaction based on results, we recommend using the product consistently for at least one month from delivery before deciding to return (recommendation only, not a requirement for other reasons such as damage or incorrect item).

The product must have been used in accordance with the product manual. Misuse or neglect voids eligibility.

The guarantee automatically expires 30 days after delivery.

2. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it is shipped.

Once your order has been processed and in transit, cancellation is no longer possible. Instead, you may initiate a return in accordance with this policy.

To cancel an unshipped order, email cs@bebird.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.

3. Return Eligibility

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
3.1
To be eligible, items must be in their original condition, unused or unworn, with tags, manuals, accessories, and original packaging included.

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
3.3
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
3.4
This policy applies only to purchases made directly through bebird.com. If you purchased through a marketplace or authorized retailer, please contact the respective seller.

4. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at cs@bebird.com with:
a)Proof of purchase (receipt or order number).
b)Product model and serial number.
c)Reason for return (e.g., replacement, dissatisfaction, incorrect item).
d)Clear photos of the product and packaging to confirm condition.
e)For Money-Back Guarantee claims: details of your usage, reason for dissatisfaction, and contact information.
f)Please pack the product securely, preferably using the original shipping box.

5. Return Shipping & Fees

Buyer responsibility: Change of mind, dislike of product, or no longer needing the item.
5.2
Bebird responsibility: Wrong product received, defective items, or products damaged in transit.
5.3
We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email cs@bebird.com within 7 days of delivery, with photos of the product in its original condition.

Do not use the product.

Once verified, we will promptly arrange a replacement or refund at your choice.
6.3
Please return the damaged product so we can investigate and improve our processes.

This does not affect your statutory rights regarding faulty products.

7. Free Gifts & Promotional Offers

For promotional bundles (e.g., “Buy 2, Get 1 Free”), if you return only part of the order, refunds will be adjusted accordingly.

Free gifts are not eligible for refund.
7.3
Special promotions may have additional terms, which apply alongside this policy.

8. Refund Criteria

We guarantee a full refund of the product value (excluding shipping and third-party service fees) in the following cases:
a)Orders canceled before shipment.
b)Incorrect product (model or color) received and unused.
c)Products reported as damaged or defective within 7 days of delivery.
After returning a product, no refund will be given if:
a)Original items (accessories, manuals, cables) are missing.
b)Product shows signs of misuse, damage, or stains.
c)Packaging is missing or severely damaged.

9. Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Shipping costs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

Refunds may be withheld until returned products are received or proof of shipment is provided.

10. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bebird’s liability under this Return & Refund Policy is limited to the purchase price of the product(s) returned. Bebird shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the return process.
