Have been using the Bebird for over 5 years. Bought the Ear Sight Pro as the older model no longer worked because the new app did not work with it. The Pro is a great ear cleaner! It works! My only negative comment would be, don't lose the cap as there is no way to turn it off. My previous one had a power button.
Still, I give it 5 stars.
